Five principles the Bashar teaching holds as the foundation of all experience. They are presented here as teachings attributed to Bashar — not as scientifically demonstrated laws of nature.
Existence is the one thing that cannot be undone. Because you are, the teaching holds, you always will be — in some form. Everything else follows from this starting point.
All of time and all possible realities are said to exist simultaneously. What feels like moving through time is reframed as shifting your focus from one "now" to another.
Everything is described as a single consciousness experiencing itself from countless points of view. Separation is treated as a useful appearance rather than an ultimate fact.
Experience is framed as a mirror of one's predominant beliefs and state. Change what you radiate, the teaching says, and the reflection changes with it.
Constant change is the texture of reality; the only exception offered is the four principles above. The fifth law is, in effect, the teaching's single fixed point.
These are foundational claims within a specific teaching system, summarized here in our own words. They are philosophical and metaphysical in nature. They are not established laws of physics, and similarities to scientific ideas (such as the "block universe" or many-worlds interpretations) are noted as resemblances, not proof.
